“Dine with a Doctor” Educational Program at Canterfield

Canterfield of Clay County is pleased to announce its new public educational event “Dine with a Doctor.” The topic for this informative and interactive community-wide opportunity is “Memory Disorders,” to be presented by Denys Shapovalov, M.D.
Dr. Shapovalov is a board-certified Neurologist who practices with the St. Vincent’s Spine and Brain Institute, located at St. Vincent’s Medical Center Clay County. He received his MD degree from Crimean State Medical University (Ukraine). Dr. Shapovalov completed his Neurology residency at University of Florida College of Medicine and his Neurophysiology fellowship at University of Miami (Florida).
During dinner, attendees will hear a short presentation by Dr. Shapovalov on various types of dementia as well as symptoms and treatment options. After his presentation, Dr. Shapovalov will be pleased to answer questions from the audience. The complimentary, chef-prepared dinner will be served in the elegant dining room at Canterfield of Clay County.
“Memory Disorders” will take place on Tuesday, July 25, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Canterfield of Clay County, located at 3223 Old Jennings Road in Middleburg, FL. Complimentary dinner, admission
